Yellow Card

If you want to fight a yellow card, the first thing you need to do is email a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request immediately and request urgent handling.

Follow the directions below.

Send the following email:

Subject Line: Expedited FOIA Request: loss of sunstantial due-process rights is imminent

Message:

Due to potential incorrect actions by German authorities, loss of substantial due-process rights is imminent and I will lose my job on …. (put he deadline in).

Therefore, I am requesting expedit handling of this FOIA request.

I am a contractor in Germany and have been yellow carded. I´m requesting my original yellow card letter from the German authorities to the DOCPER office.

I am also requesting the English translation of the same document that should also be on file at the DOCPER office on …. (fill in the place of the office).

I request that the documents be sent to me via email. I agree to pay any fees for processing the request.
